Gary Pathare is an English Faculty member at Dubai Men’s College, Higher Colleges of Technology, U.A.E. His Master’s dissertation (University of Newcastle, U.K.) focused on spelling in Arabic L1 contexts. His teaching interests include teacher training, independent learning, materials development and pedagogical innovation. He is a practising CELTA trainer and a past winner of the U.A.E.
